Immediately Job Description Production Assistant (District Funds/4 points/$1600)

Coordinates with the HS Boosters/Director
Manages account budgets, scheduling, and overall production logistics.
Manages Billing (props, costumes, lights/sound)
Manages Tickets Sales (Ludus system)/ Oversees daily operations of the performances.
Publicity - Promotes the production through posters, school signs, social media, and announcements.
Program/ Playbill Designer - creates the digital or printed program including one-liners and advertising.
Coordinates and communicates with the parent volunteers (cast party, t -shirt orders, concession stands, raffle table, candy grams, etc.

)
