Factory Laborer Punxsutawney, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22640075 Summary Punxsutawney, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 0 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day, Evening, Night Shift / Full-Time Description Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Worker and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this energetic role, you will operate machinery, load/unload product on production lines and ensure that production processes run smoothly from start to finish. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to our commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. This position offers an engaging environment where your hands-on skills and teamwork will drive success every day. Duties Assist with general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving materials. Load / unload product on production lines. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to safety protocols and operational guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures at all times during production activities Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues promptly Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; training will be provided Qualifications Must be able to lift 35#+ and have full movement and use of hands and arms to load racks, etc. Must be able to walk freely throughout the building and work area. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks. Ability to independently follow instructions and work as part of a team. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to safety protocols and operational guidelines We require safety toe boots/shoes and safety glasses and offer a safety incentive to help cover the costs. All other PPE is provided.
