Earn $18.15 - $20.15/hr as a General Helper in Red Lion, PA | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Looking for a hands-on position where you can stay active, work with a solid team, and build a long-term career? We're hiring a General Helper for a growing manufacturing environment in Red Lion, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and room to grow. Details Pay rate of $18.15 - $20.15 per hour with weekly full-time hours. Schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 AM, with end times typically between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM depending on workload, OR Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM. Temp-to-hire opportunity with occasional overtime available based on customer demand. Responsibilities Conduct quality checks, set up materials, review schedules, and prepare equipment needed for daily production. Assist with machine operations, support production crews, and help meet quality, productivity, and waste reduction goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area, complete required paperwork, and follow all safety and environmental procedures. Perks Consistent first-shift schedule with weekends generally free.
