Run the Mill. Grow Into Leading It. We are hiring for a growing grain milling operation in Pennsylvania and are looking for experienced Millers to join the team, from shift millers to experienced millers ready to lead. The facility mainly mills corn, so corn milling experience is preferred. Wheat and flour millers are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Operate and monitor milling equipment through cleaning, conditioning, milling, and sifting Adjust mill settings to meet quality targets (moisture, particle size, yield) Monitor product quality and production output Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues, and report major ones Follow food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Keep accurate production, quality and shift records Train and support other team members (senior hires will lead the shift team) Requirements Hands-on experience in grain, corn, wheat or flour milling Experience operating milling equipment Mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures Comfort with shift work in a production environment Good communication and teamwork skills Leadership and forklift experience are a plus for senior roles Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified international candidates.
