What You'll Do:
Read blueprints and inspect parts for accuracy and quality Measure parts using calipers, tape measures, pin gauges, and other tools Adjust laser tables and equipment to maintain tolerances and ensure quality Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials as needed Perform work order transactions accurately and update ERP/virtual inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments Support production flow and assist in other areas as needed Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Additional duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience in machining or steel manufacturing required High school diploma or GED Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and push 50-100 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math skills Conscious of inventory accuracy and ERP system use Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to safely operate forklifts and cranes Capable of handling materials weighing up to 100 lbs

Salary Description $18 +$1.50 Shift Differential
