Full Job Description Finish Assistant Location:

Finishing About the Role The Finish Assistant plays an important role in the final stage of production by ensuring finished bags and pouches meet quality standards and are properly packed and prepared for shipment. This role supports press and finishing operations by performing quality checks, packaging finished product, assisting operators, and helping maintain a safe and organized production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing setting.
