Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily crushing plant operations during 2nd shift to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives. Coordinate plant activities, equipment utilization, and crew assignments to maximize operational efficiency. Monitor crushing, screening, and material processing activities to ensure product specifications are met. Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements. What Are We Looking For Available to work 10-12-hour shifts Monday-Friday 4pm-2am. Some Saturday shifts are required 1pm-9pm during crushing season. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing, mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environment. Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing operations. Proven ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive operational results. Effective communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. Ability to interpret operating procedures, production goals, and maintenance requirements to support plant performance. Work Environment Role operates primarily in an outdoor environment where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
