What You'll Do Perform hands-on production and manufacturing tasks. Operate production equipment and machinery after training. Use small hand tools and basic production equipment. Follow safety procedures and production instructions. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work safely and efficiently in a production environment. Work as part of a team to meet production goals. Perform other production duties as assigned. What We're Looking For No previous manufacturing experience required. Experience working with your hands is a plus. Experience using small hand tools, assembling products, mechanical work, construction, or similar hands-on experience is helpful. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to work safely in a production environment. Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
