! Job Description The Production Associate operates blending, scanning, and forklift equipment to produce high-quality finished goods in a manufacturing environment. This role follows detailed batch sheets and work instructions, accurately weighs and records raw materials, and ensures products meet required specifications, including pH measurements. The Production Associate works within a small, collaborative team to support a growing operation and maintain accurate inventory and production records. Responsibilities Operate blending equipment to produce finished goods per recipes and processes Accurately weigh raw materials and follow batch sheets and work instructions Record production data (lot numbers, measurements, logs) Measure and adjust pH to meet specifications Prepare materials and follow production schedules Use WMS scanners to complete work orders and maintain inventory accuracy Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods Maintain a clean, safe work environment following GMP and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Work overtime as needed Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment Hands-on experience with blending processes Ability to use WMS scanners to complete work orders and record data Forklift experience and ability to pass certification Accurate weighing of raw materials and adherence to batch sheets and recipes Ability to measure and adjust pH levels Comfortable following manufacturing protocols, work instructions, and schedules Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and process discipline Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility employs approximately 50 people at the West Chester site, with a department of about 7 team members, fostering a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere. The organization is composed of scientists, specialists, and technicians, creating a culture that values technical expertise and continuous improvement. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed to meet production demands. On the production floor, employees must wear safety shoes or boots with steel toes as part of the required dress code. The work environment is a manufacturing setting that emphasizes safety, good manufacturing practices, and teamwork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Chester, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
