Full Time Position Description:

The Production Support role is a flexible, shared resource that assists across multiple manufacturing departments. This position helps maintain workflow by providing hands-on support wherever needed in production, including paint line, assembly, packaging, and the metal shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Paint Line Retrieve parts as required Prepare parts by buffing, sanding, and cleaning Hang and remove parts from the line Assist with paint line maintenance Assembly & Packaging Wrap and package finished goods for shipment Label parts with computer-generated labels Assist with crate building and product loading Metal Shop Operate preprogrammed machinery and saws Deburr metal parts General Perform other duties across production as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read tape measure Basic hand tool knowledge Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Stable work history

Requirements:

Adhere to all safety procedures Ability to work independently and take initiative

Physical Demands:
