About the Role Apogee is looking for a hardworking, reliable Production Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on, cross-trained position. You won't be stuck doing the same task all day. Instead, you'll be trained across multiple departments so you can jump in wherever you're needed most, including: Rewinding

• operating rewind equipment to prepare finished label rolls Packaging
• boxing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment Shipping
• staging, loading, and coordinating outgoing orders Plate Mounting
• mounting printing plates for press runs Plate/Die Cleaning, Pulling & Filing
• cleaning plates after runs, pulling plates/dies for upcoming jobs, and keeping the plate/die library organized Warehouse
• receiving, inventory organization, and material handling General Cleaning
• keeping work areas tidy, emptying trash, wiping down machines, and helping clean ink pans This variety keeps the work interesting and gives you a real path to grow your skills across our operation.

The right person for this role is flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and no prior label industry experience required. We'll train you. What You'll Do Rotate between departments based on daily production needs Follow standard procedures for each task to maintain quality and consistency Communicate with supervisors and teammates across shifts and departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including emptying trash, wiping down machines, and helping clean ink pans Meet production and shipping deadlines Take direction well and adapt quickly as priorities shift throughout the day What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to stand, lift (up to ~50 lbs), and move throughout each shift Comfortable working with your hands and operating equipment (training provided) Basic math and attention to detail (counting, measuring, checking labels/plates) Team player who communicates well and isn't afraid to ask questions Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus but not required Why Join Apogee Full training provided — no experience necessary Opportunity to build a broad, valuable skill set across production, warehouse, and prepress functions Stable, growing company Part-time schedule
