PuzzleYou Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Lead to support and oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. The Shift Lead plays a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient workflow during our peak season and supports production during off-peak times. This role requires an understanding of machinery operations and general preventative maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities Assign tasks and manage employee break schedules to optimize productivity Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations Ensure correct packaging and shipping procedures are followed Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, production, or equipment issues Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment Execute additional duties as assigned by the

Production Manager Qualifications:

Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required Availability to work 12-hour shifts during peak season (November/December) Ability to remain professional and focused in a fast-paced production environment Strongly preferred: previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting Basic knowledge of machine operation and preventative maintenance is a plus
