Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met while working efficiently on the production line. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. To help accomplish this mission, we are searching for a Production Associate responsible for assisting with activities associated with our coating operation. This may include masking parts, mechanical cleaning of parts, loading and unloading parts to and from their coating process. Job also may include counting, sorting, assembling and packing of parts. Responsibilities Perform masking activities Perform mechanical cleaning of parts Able to use hand tools Load and unload parts from production process Count, sort, assemble and pack parts Perform other duties as assigned Communicates well with others Team Oriented Positive Attitude Requires minimal supervision, can work independently Safety Minded Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar machinery is a plus. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
