General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for the clean and tag area located at the back end of our shop. You will collaborate with a team of 2-3 other employees to organize and manage parts effectively. Responsibilities Clean parts to ensure they are ready for processing. Package parts securely for shipment. Mask parts in preparation for painting. Stock inventory to maintain an organized workspace. Cut parts to specified lengths according to blueprints. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment. Work Environment Work in a dynamic smaller shop environment equipped with machines, forklifts, welding stations, and blasting areas. Join a team of 15-18 employees on the production floor, operating Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 2pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Zullinger, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
