Cleanroom Technician Job Description The cleanroom technician will play a crucial role in preparing the wipes area for production, ensuring efficient and safe operations within the production facility. Responsibilities include loading paper spools, managing trash and cardboard, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The individual will also calculate accurate tallies and maintain documentation throughout the warehouse process. Responsibilities Prepare the wipes area for production by loading paper spools. Manage trash and cardboard on the wipes floor to maintain safety and efficiency. Calculate accurate tallies and maintain documentation during loading, unloading, and warehouse processes. Inspect all equipment daily and report defects. Maintain efficient product flow and good housekeeping in the warehouse area. Support production lines with material requests. Provide accurate and legible paperwork to maintain an accurate database. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventories daily. Operate the Radio Frequency Gun to conduct movements, barcode, and inventories. Assist with repack and labeling operations as needed. Observe safety rules and use proper safety equipment at all times. Ensure the quality of palletized products and store them according to warehouse policies. Assist with preventative maintenance. Provide accurate and legible documentation of issues, concerns, and product changes. Follow proper procedures for Lock Out Tags policy. Perform other duties as directed. Essential Skills General production experience. Cleanroom and packaging skills. Inspection, assembly, and general production skills. Previous manufacturing experience. High school diploma or GED. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
