Job Description
Production Associate Job Summary Seeking Production Associates to support a highly automated manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include machine operation, quality checks, material handling, and production support in a clean, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated production equipment. Load materials and keep production lines running efficiently. Perform quality inspections and document production data. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Package and label finished products. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as trained. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Qualifications Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions and follow processes. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable using measuring tools and performing quality checks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Work Environment Clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule (days or nights). Opportunity for training, skill development, and advancement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
