What You'll Do ✅ Operate production equipment used to manufacture conductive materials, metal-plated fibers, and coated non-woven products. ✅ Transfer and handle chemicals safely while following established procedures and safety guidelines. ✅ Prepare chemical solutions using written instructions and documented processes. ✅ Inspect incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met before production begins. ✅ Perform product testing and quality inspections on in-process and finished materials. ✅ Record production data, test results, and operating information accurately. ✅ Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment. ✅ Clean and maintain production and testing equipment. ✅ Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. ✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality. ✅ Assist with training and mentoring fellow operators when needed. ✅ Follow all company, environmental, and safety regulations. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications ✔ High School Diploma or GED. ✔ At least 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or chemical handling experience. ✔ Experience working in a production, assembly, or line operator role. ✔ Ability to safely handle chemicals and follow detailed procedures. ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. ✔ Ability to wear a respirator when required. ✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. ✔ Eligibility to work in the United States. ✔ Commitment to following OSHA, EPA, DEC, and company safety standards. Preferred Qualifications ✔ Experience working in chemical processing or specialty manufacturing environments. ✔ Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization. ✔ Experience documenting production data and quality results. ✔ Ability to assist with training and coaching team members. ✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
