Production Associate 📍 Warehouse & Manufacturing Environment Are you looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and room to grow? Join our team as a Production Associate and play a key role in the manufacturing process. This position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment where you'll support machine operations, ensure quality standards, and help keep production running smoothly. Pay & Schedule ✅
Day Shift:
$18.00/hour | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ✅Night Shift:
$19.00/hour | 7:00 PM - 7:00AM Schedule:
12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule Work 2 days Off 2 days Work 3 days Alternate the following week This schedule provides built-in days off throughout the month while maintaining full-time hours. What You'll Do Assist machine operators with extrusion and plastic molding equipment. Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products. Move materials throughout the facility to support production needs. Trim excess materials and maintain clean, organized work areas. Help ensure products meet company quality and safety standards. Support daily production goals in a team-oriented environment. What We're Looking For Previous production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred. Experience operating shop equipment or machinery. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout a 12-hour shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
