You will work collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring that solar panel components are accurately assembled according to prints. Responsibilities Use hand tools to assemble solar panels. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Read and interpret prints to assemble panels accurately. Ensure quality assembly of solar panel components. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Experience in general production and assembly. 1+ years of manufacturing experience. Ability to read blueprints for panel assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in using hand tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
