1st Shift Mechanical Assembly |
DIRECT PLACEMENT
$22-23/hr Key Responsibilities Assemble radiators and copper coil systems using blueprints and work orders Measure, cut, and build components to exact specifications Use hand tools, drills, and measuring equipment daily Install screws and brackets for metal components Maintain production timelines and quality standards Communicate equipment or process issues to leadership Participate in 5S organization and cleanliness initiatives Follow all safety and company procedures Required Qualifications 1 year of mechanical assembly experience or working in a manufacturing environment within a loud environment Able to work in a metal manufacturing environment with welders and assemblers Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or GED Understanding of PPE requirements (steel-toe boots, eye/ear protection) Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47153.00 - $49233.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
