General Production Worker About the Role We're looking for dependable team members to support the production of ceramic and glass tile. In this hands-on role, you'll sort, inspect, package, and move tile, help prepare raw materials, operate production equipment, and keep work areas clean and safe. The work can be dusty, wet, dirty, and hot, and safety equipment including face masks or respirators may be required in certain areas. The role involves frequent lifting, standing, and repetitive movement throughout the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
