Shift:

5:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) + Overtime on Fridays Key Responsibilities Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand, power, and air tools. Work across multiple production stations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Organize and assemble components including brackets, fittings, structures, and hardware. Read and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing processes. Support continuous improvement efforts and production goals. Learn advanced assembly techniques, blueprint reading, and complex manufacturing procedures. Minimum Qualification Experience with hand tools, power tools, or air tools preferred. Manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse, or mechanical experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a physically active environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
