Production Worker - 1st Shift Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker in our sandblasting and metal finishing department. This is a 1st shift role with steady work. Responsibilities Perform bead-blasting operations inside an enclosed booth. Properly wear and care for the required blast suit, respirator, and other PPE. Grind, deburr, blend, and polish stainless-steel parts and welds to meet Grote's quality and sanitary-finish standards. Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Inspect completed parts and communicate any quality, material, or equipment concerns. Handle and protect finished components to prevent damage or contamination. Complete required production and ERP transactions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, as authorized. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
