Production Worker Pay:

$18-23/hour 1st & 2nd shift available (4-10s) Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers at our manufacturing facility. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for producing high-quality tire repair products across four distinct groups: Packaging, Pinning, Press, and Mill. Why Work Here? Normal schedule includes a 1st shift M-TH 5am-3:30pm and 2nd shift M-TH 3:15pm-1:45am Responsibilities Pack finished products into boxes in a repetitive manner. Use a microscope to insert small pins into products, requiring precision and repetition. Press patch parts to create the final product. Assist with equipment operation in the rubber production process. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience. Previous machine operation or assembly is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
