Responsibilities Develop detailed design concepts for contract furniture projects using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, CAP 2020 and CET Produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations using CAP 2020, CET, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools to communicate design intent effectively Collaborate with clients, project managers, and manufacturing teams to refine designs that align with project goals, budgets, and building code compliance Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion while maintaining strict deadlines Requirements Proven experience in interior or contract furniture design with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling for architectural design and custom furniture solutions Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, CET, CAP 2020 and Drafting tools Experience managing design projects within commercial or hospitality environments with a focus on client communication and satisfaction Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately while ensuring building code compliance Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects including remodeling or renovation initiatives simultaneously Join us as a Contract Furniture Designer where your creativity fuels transformative interior spaces!
