MOSH Audio is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Production Assistant to help us produce and scale our content across podcast platforms, YouTube, and social media. You will be in the trenches of a fast-growing startup, working directly with the founder and a small, mighty team to shape what our company becomes. What You'll Do Work on production of pilots, prototypes, podcast episodes and video segments, social media, and newsletter content; Undertake creative and administrative tasks associated with executing excellent work; Assist in research, prep for client pitches and talent meetings; Other duties as assigned Who You Are Experience You've been a part of production on an audio and/or video podcast or YouTube show and can bring your editing skills to MOSH projects. Bonus points if you have other direct experience in the entertainment industry!

Technical Basics:

Must have experience with Google Suite; must have audio and/or video editing experience; it's great if you also have experience specifically with

Adobe Premiere, Descript, Riverside, Canva Embrace AI Responsibly :

you're experienced with (or excited to learn how to) use AI tools to improve production workflows without degrading quality

Reliable & Remote-Ready :

You thrive in an asynchronous, remote environment. You don't need a manager hovering over you to hit a deadline.

Curious & Scrappy :
