APPROXIMATELY 40 HOURS/WEEK
THROUGH THE END OF 2026, WITH POTENTIAL TO REDUCE TO 20-30 HOURS/WEEK AFTER THE HOLIDAY PERIOD A FASHION AND LIFESTYLE BRAND IS SEEKING A DIGITAL PRODUCTION DESIGNER TO SUPPORT THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-VOLUME DIGITAL MARKETING ASSETS ACROSS PAID SOCIAL, SOCIAL, ECOMMERCE, AND EMAIL. THIS IS A HANDS-ON, PRODUCTION-FOCUSED ROLE RATHER THAN A HIGHLY CONCEPTUAL OR DESIGN-LED POSITION. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS TECHNICALLY STRONG, HIGHLY DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND COMFORTABLE WORKING IN FIGMA TO TAKE CREATIVE ASSETS THROUGH REVISIONS, QUALITY CONTROL, FINALIZATION, AND DELIVERY.
Responsibilities Support the technical production and delivery of creative assets across paid social, social, ecommerce, and email Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple platforms, placements, and specifications Conduct thorough quality-control reviews to ensure assets meet technical requirements, formatting standards, and delivery specifications Review creative for production issues, including sizing, formatting, versions, file setup, and other technical details Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently Provide clear, production-focused feedback and direction to help move assets through review and approval Prepare, organize, version, and deliver final files accurately and on schedule Maintain organized naming conventions, file structures, versions, and production workflows Work primarily in Figma and collaborate closely with creative, production, and marketing stakeholders Manage a high volume of deliverables while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Support increased production volume during the busy holiday season Ideal Background 2+ years of experience in digital production design, creative production, studio production, creative operations, or a similar role Strong hands-on experience working in Figma Experience supporting digital deliverables across paid social, social, ecommerce, and email Strong understanding of digital asset specifications, formatting, file preparation, and production workflows Excellent quality-control instincts with the ability to catch production, formatting, versioning, and delivery issues before launch Comfortable implementing feedback and providing production-focused direction in a collaborative environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines Experience with fashion, activewear, sportswear, athletic apparel, footwear, lifestyle, or related consumer brands strongly preferred Must have a reliable laptop/computer to work from; required software, access, and tools will be provided Must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours Schedule Fully remote Approximately 40 hours per week through the end of 2026 Holiday season is expected to be especially busy Workload may decrease to approximately 20-30 hours per week after the holiday period Assignment runs through February 2027, with potential for extension Must be available to work Pacific Time business hours Recruiter
