Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
Maintain adherence to safety guidelinesUnderstanding of HL Mando Policies (attendance, safety, quality, etc)Enforce, maintain, and foster Quality Policies and proceduresAbility to perform hard gage checks and adjust machines (fixtures, programs) accordinglyAbility to perform tool changes on all assigned lines including Broach changesGeneral understanding of tool setting procedures Ability to identify bad parts by visual inspection and perform correctionsProper working knowledge of MEPS system (downtime, Ekanban, inventory management, etc)Must know all carrier parts and part numbers machined in CBSMust know where each carrier parts are capable of being machinedCompliance with work standards as well as Team Leader daily standard workTroubleshoot repairing ability of in storage and out storageTroubleshooting ability for coolant tanks to minimize FTT issuesAbility to troubleshoot machine and automation alarmsMaintain and drive 5S expectationsFoster continuous improvement in your teamMust be familiar with all tool changes in all assigned lines Verify tool change dimensions for CNC techs and operatorsMaintain and drive process checks and verificationAbility to perform changeover from one carrier model to anotherComplete end of shift scrap reports daily for all Housing lines Maintain training records Ability to train CNC techs and Operators Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
Safety Quality OEE (overall equipment efficiency)
At least one year warehouse experience is requiredForklift operation experience is strongly preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Frequent gripping, pinching, tool use occasional keyboardingConstant use of vision, speech and hearingConstant need to work in warehouse environment subject to external temperatures.

Under the general direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Leader will oversee, schedule, manage, and prioritize the daily production issues in their particular area of the plant and lead the production team to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations while promoting a team environment.Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.At least one year warehouse experience is requiredForklift operation experience is strongly preferred
