• to join our team as a "Navigator.

" In this pivotal role, you will lead high-visibility cost optimization projects across our factories in the Americas (primarily the USA and Mexico). You will be the catalyst for change, driving strong margin improvements by revolutionizing our approach to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for all indirect costs, including MRO, Logistics, Packaging, and Energy. This is a unique opportunity to act as a key partner to our manufacturing and supply chain leaders. You will not just manage projects; you will elevate our culture of high performance and continuous improvement, embedding a productivity-driven mindset across our entire value chain.

Proven Expertise:

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Continuous Improvement within a performance-driven manufacturing or consulting environment. +
