We are seeking an experienced professional to help develop a substantial digital publishing website and produce a recurring series of educational videos. The project is in private development. We will share its subject and detailed plans with shortlisted candidates after a confidentiality agreement is signed. You should live within practical driving distance of Greensboro and be available for regular in-person meetings. Production and development work can be completed remotely between meetings. This is an ongoing assignment through development, launch and continuing content updates. What you will do

• Develop and improve a content-rich website, including clear navigation, responsive pages, search, accessibility, testing and launch preparation.
• Create a reliable process for adding new articles and approved videos while keeping the site consistent, easy to navigate and maintainable.
• Plan, produce and edit a consistent video series using AI-assisted tools where appropriate. Deliver clear narration, original or properly licensed visuals, captions, widescreen episodes and vertical clips.
• Organize editable files, source and usage-rights records, versions and production costs.

Review AI-generated work carefully and incorporate feedback from the owner and subject-matter reviewers. What you bring You have personally built working websites and produced or substantially edited finished videos. You are comfortable with web development, responsive design, content workflows, version control and quality checks, as well as video editing, sound and captions. You can explain your own contribution to past work and make sound production decisions without constant direction. You must have hands-on proficiency with ChatGPT and at least one AI video production platform, such as Higgsfield or a comparable tool. You should be able to learn additional tools as the work evolves, evaluate AI output critically, and manage source rights and production costs.
