6:30 AM- 3:00 PM | $16.
Shift:
3:00 PM- 11:30 PM | $18.
- Assemble and package charcuterie products according to production specifications.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail. Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
