Responsibilities Assemble and package charcuterie products according to production specifications. Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment. Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
