Job Description
Manufacturing Associate
•Multiple Openings We are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for multiple 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in a clean, detail-oriented manufacturing environment. These positions involve a combination of small component assembly, product inspection, quality assurance, and general production support . Responsibilities Perform small component and device assembly according to established procedures and specifications Inspect components and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects Follow work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and production documentation Use basic inspection and measurement tools as required, including micrometers and calipers Complete basic production and quality documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products meet required standards Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or quality experience preferred Small component or small device assembly experience is highly desirable Medical device assembly or inspection experience is a plus Mechanical inspection experience is a plus Experience using micrometers and calipers and reading blueprints is preferred for quality-focused openings Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects Basic math, reading, and writing skills Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Available Shifts & Pay 1st

•$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
