Position Summary Kiel James Patrick is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customization Specialist to join our production team. This position coordinates personalized orders, manages customization workflows, maintains accurate records, and ensures every customized item moves through production efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Process and manage personalized jewelry charm customization orders. Maintain accurate records and enter order information into Google Sheets. Organize and track customized orders throughout the production process. Monitor outgoing customization orders to ensure timely completion. Learn and become proficient in all customization design options offered by Kiel James Patrick. File and organize orders by production date and design specifications. Review order details for accuracy before production and shipment. Communicate clearly with team members regarding order status, questions, and priorities. Maintain organized digital and physical records. Assist with additional production and organizational tasks as needed. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even small errors. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using computers and web-based applications, including Google Sheets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work. Previous experience in production, order fulfillment, inventory, administrative support, or data entry is a plus, but not required.
