22 Join a global, science-driven biopharmaceutical organization known for its commitment to quality, patient safety, and operational excellence. This position supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation using a rotating schedule on day shift.
Location:
West Greenwich, RI Schedule:
6:30am-7pm, days rotate
Pay:
$20/hr - $22/hr •Contract Role•Job Duties Support downstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated production environment, including process activities such as chromatography, viral inactivation/neutralization, depth filtration, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and final product processing. Perform in-process testing and quality checks, including UV, pH, conductivity, endotoxin, and TOC analysis, while maintaining compliance with established procedures and quality standards. Execute manufacturing activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements. Review and complete batch documentation, electronic records, and manufacturing paperwork to ensure accuracy, compliance, and right-first-time execution. Identify and escalate process discrepancies, equipment issues, or documentation concerns to appropriate team members to support quality and safety objectives. Prepare, stage, and handle manufacturing components and materials required for production activities. Operate and support manufacturing equipment, including performing equipment setup, material loading, and routine sanitation activities. Utilize inventory management systems and electronic documentation platforms to track materials, production activities, and batch records. Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and participate in daily production meetings to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Safely move materials and equipment using manual and powered pallet jacks as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and support groups to maintain efficient production operations.
Qualifications:
