Production Laborer

Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate woodworking machinery, including saws, planers, sanders, jointers, and related equipment Cut, shape, sand, and finish custom oak hardwood flooring according to job specifications Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, damage, or quality concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished flooring for shipment Perform basic routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and operate machinery for extended periods Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Physical stamina for repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in woodworking, flooring, manufacturing, or millwork preferred Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery is a plus Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
