Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly and handling of components within our production facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, manual handling skills, and a commitment to safety standards. As a key contributor to our manufacturing operations, you will support process improvements, interpret technical documentation, and uphold high-quality production practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs any production-type functions required Uses hand and/or power tools to perform production operations May perform packing and/or unpacking functions May operate automated equipment to perform production functions Cross-checks quality and/or performs quality checks at their workstation Performs production functions in a timely manner Maintain work safety Any other duties as assigned. Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Proven factory experience with a focus on heavy lifting, assembly, or manufacturing operations Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly methods Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks consistently while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in warehouse or factory settings preferred Mechanical knowledge combined with technical proficiency in interpreting technical documentation Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
