OVERVIEW

Under limited supervision provides high quality, friendly and outgoing customer service to the golfing public, perform assigned golf operational activities, and perform other duties as required. This Position must be able to work Evening and Weekends Starting Pay - $14.00 / hr depending on experience

KEY FUNCTIONS

Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public Starting functions such as taking reservations and assigning the play of golfers Collects fees; operates cash register/POS system and processes payments Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities May represent the course in professional golf activities as needed All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to exert up to twenty-five pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects when needed. On a continuous basis, sit or stand for long periods of time; use a telephone, and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means; and lift or carry weight of 25 pounds or less.
