Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in quality assurance and safety standards, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate / Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate / Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday to Friday, ALL 8HR SHIFTS What's the Job? Inspect assembled products for defects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met Perform measurements, weight checks, and visual inspections of doors and raw materials Utilize tools such as tape measures, calipers, and hand tools to repair and straighten doors with quality defects Document repairs, inspections, and quality checks accurately and timely Participate in continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean, organized work environment What's Needed? Ability to read and interpret work instructions, tickets, and quality specifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to perform simple calculations Experience with hand tools such as sanders, putty knives, and chisels is preferred Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a warehouse environment What's in it for me?
