Job Description
HTI is hiring Production Associates for leading manufacturing companies across the Southeast. These are full‑time manufacturing positions offering steady schedules, weekly pay, and overtime opportunities. 12 hour shifts 7a-7p or 7p-7a Job Responsibilities As a Production Associate, you will: Operate production machinery and equipment Perform assembly, packaging, or finishing tasks as assigned Monitor product quality and report defects Meet daily production and efficiency goals Follow safety procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation Complete other duties as assigned Job Requirements for Production Associates High School Diploma or GED, preferred Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client Benefits for HTI Associates Weekly pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Opportunities for overtime and advancement HTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/D/F/V/SO). #HTIGWD1
