Job Description

Part-time Schedule:
Saturday 12:00pm
  • 8:30pm & Sunday 5:00am
  • 5:30pm We're looking for a dependable Technician (Part-Time) to support MPW FEM operations by performing hands-on industrial cleaning and labor tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments across job sites. What You'll Bring Strong work ethic

  • takes direction well and adapts quickly to new tasks and environments What You'll Do Perform industrial cleaning and labor tasks as directed by supervisors or team leaders Operate manual tools and equipment to support production efficiency and quality Maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition throughout the shift Identify and report equipment issues or problem areas to the team leader promptly Complete daily shift summaries, logs, and required documentation accurately Submit process control paperwork, inventory reports, and other records as requested Assist with on-the-job training for new hires and transferred employees when needed Support housekeeping efforts in work and break areas to uphold cleanliness standards Follow all OSHA regulations and MPW safety policies at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding job status, concerns, or incidents Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers and supervisors Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform continuous physical labor during shifts Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces for extended periods (8-12 hours) Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, and work in environments with chemicals, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures Ability to travel to job sites as needed, including multi-day assignments and extended work hours beyond a standard shift Benefits and Perks Competitive pay and career growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Time off and floating holidays Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community Employee referral bonus program Wellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Stable company with long-term career opportunities Who Thrives Here Individuals who value meaningful work and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment take initiative, communicate clearly, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and service, while understanding that great results come from collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
