Job Description
Manufacturing Production Associate 2nd Shift (3:30 p.m. - Midnight) Operate spray equipment (mask required for some operations) and perform tests. Operate equipment along the production line to maintain workflow. Pull and prepare parts for jobs. Fill in for absent team members when required. Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices. Initiative and ability to work independently. Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment. Strong attendance record. Attention to detail. Previous production experience is a plus.Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.Physical/Mental Requirements:
Full body mobility and good eyesight. Strong hand-eye coordination. Constant alertness and attention to detail. Tolerance for exposure to some odors. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Ability to stand full shift.Shift:
