Position Overview As a Shell Operator I, you will be responsible for setting up and operating coating systems and manufacturing equipment used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate coating systems, including: Robotic systems Conveyors Fluid beds Slurry tanks Drying tunnels Hang and remove molds from robotic conveyor systems Monitor and record slurry viscosities and temperatures Maintain accurate coating and production records Inspect equipment and materials for quality standards Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Mechanical aptitude is a plus Skills for Success Successful candidates will demonstrate: Technical Skills Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Understanding of basic process controls and production procedures Knowledge of workplace safety practices Ability to complete production documentation accurately Soft Skills Strong communication skills Problem-solving abilities Adaptability in a changing production environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality and safety Why Work Through Olsten Staffing? Pay Details:
