M-F 6am-4:3opm, OT as needed with the occasional Saturday work What's the Job? Assist in the production of concrete pipe and precast concrete products. Prepare, clean, and maintain molds used in the manufacturing process. Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products efficiently and safely. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained. Help place reinforcing steel and other materials into molds, ensuring quality standards are met. What's Needed? Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements diligently. Willingness to learn and operate various tools and equipment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail during quality inspections. Ability to work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and handle materials.
