Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries. Measuring, mixing, and shaping doughs and batters according to recipes. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety standards. Supporting the team in daily tasks to meet production goals. To thrive in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in a pastry or baking environment. Experience with Lamination is strongly preferred but not required A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. The ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
