full-time Element is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. No prior ETCH or NDT experience is required. Through a structured training program, you'll learn specialized inspection and chemical processing techniques that support critical aerospace components and develop toward Inspector certification. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a long-term career path with advancement opportunities and continued skill development. This is a second shift position (1:00pm-9:00pm M-F) with a starting hourly rate of $20.00 with a $3.00 shift differential added.

Responsibilities:

Move and process parts through chemical treatment operations. Inspect component surfaces for defects, irregularities, and quality concerns. Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Use hand tools and basic equipment to support production activities. Maintain accurate documentation and production records. Participate in training programs leading to advanced certifications and career progression.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools. Dependable work ethic and interest in long-term career growth.
