Manufacturing / Production Supervisor Monday - Friday $20-$21/hr 2nd shift 3p-12a 3rd shift 10p-7a Job Summary The Production Operator works from verbal and written instructions to safely operate process equipment and produce consistent, high?quality products. This role supports daily production, material handling, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Load and unload process equipment Operate manufacturing and process equipment to meet customer specifications Monitor product quality and maintain lot integrity Complete accurate batch and run documentation Troubleshoot equipment and process issues Operate forklifts as required Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Handle materials according to established procedures Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations Proactively identify hazards and submit safety improvement suggestions Support waste management and environmental activities Work collaboratively with team members Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Forklift experience preferred Prior manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of safety regulations in an industrial or chemical environment is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing for extended periods of time Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments Walking, bending, reaching, and manual dexterity required Work Schedule Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift Work Environment Manufacturing / chemical production environment Exposure to process equipment, materials, and industrial conditions Safety?focused, regulated setting Why Work Here Stable manufacturing operation with long?term career growth Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits Opportunities for skill development and advancement Commitment to safety, sustainability, and community involvement
