1. IT Equipment Maintenance and Management Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various IT hardware devices, including: Office computers (Windows) Office equipment such as printers and scanners Barcode scanners, handheld terminals, and other scanning devices Video surveillance systems (cameras, NVRs, DVRs, network cabling, etc.) Access control and attendance systems (both hardware and software) Factory display screens, digital signage, and data dashboards 2. Routine Inspection and Fault Response Perform regular inspections of IT hardware equipment to identify and resolve potential issues Respond quickly to resolve hardware-related issues reported by frontline employees 3. Basic Network Support Assist with basic network cabling, switch port management, and Wi-Fi device maintenance 4. IT Asset Management Maintain IT asset records, tracking the procurement, allocation, maintenance, and disposal of equipment 5. Support for IT System Assist in executing IT-related projects, including system deployment, data display screen setup, video surveillance expansion, and access control upgrades 6. Networked Production Equipment and Data Support Implement and maintain the connection of production equipment to the enterprise network Monitor and track the data communication status of connected equipment to ensure realtime data upload and availability Perform routine maintenance and servicing of connected equipment to ensure operational stability and data accuracy Support on-site diagnosis, issue reporting, and coordination for repairs, aiming to improve equipment uptime and response efficiency
