Position:
The duties for this position include: Creating aluminum products for our customers that enhance everyday life. Loading/stacking aluminum extrusions (of all shapes and sizes) onto carts for processing Inspecting product for defects; and notifying the supervisor if any defects are found. Operating manufacturing systems that extrude, cut, polish, paint, sand, saw, drill and fabricate the extrusions for our customers. Maintaining a clean and organized work area; supporting our 5S initiative; and following applicable safety guidelines. What Do I Need to Be Successful In the Role? Must be able to work the schedule, listed above. Must have, at least, 6-months of experience working with your hands in a manufacturing or related field. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will cross-train to work in different departments and perform a variety of important manufacturing functions. Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position, including: walking, standing, bending, twisting and lifting (up to 30 lbs.) as needed, and be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Must be able to successfully complete the required pre-employment drug screening.
