• Kudzu Staffing is currently seeking a Production Line Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in the West Columbia SC. This full-time position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are looking to grow with a company that values teamwork, quality, and performance. Production Line Associates will assist with production operations, product quality checks, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities of the Production Line Associate Operate and monitor production line equipment and machinery Assist with filling, packaging, sealing, and labeling products accurately Perform quality inspections to ensure integrity and product consistency Maintain controlled moisture and cleanliness standards throughout production Monitor production output and report any issues to supervisors promptly Follow all company safety procedures, GMP standards, and PPE requirements Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready at all times Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and line preparation as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Maintain accurate production records and documentation Benefits of the Production Line Associate Competitive Pay Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance Full-Time Position Paid Vacation Growth Opportunities Team-Oriented Work Environment On-the-Job Training Provided Requirements of the Production Line Associate High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team
